How we use your information

1. What we collect

When you create or update your profile we store the details you provide: name, profession, location, biography, public links (website, Telegram channel, Instagram), and the contact information you share for moderators. Your contact email / Telegram username is only visible to our review team.

2. How we use it

• Reviewing and publishing your profile on the public map once it is approved.
• Contacting you if moderators need clarification or updates.
• Generating a shareable badge or profile card under your consent.

3. What is public vs. private

Public: your name, profession, location, biography, tags, username, and the public links you provide. Private: contact email, contact Telegram username, moderator notes, and any data you mark as private. We never sell or share private contact details with third parties.

4. Removing or updating your data

You can edit your profile or request removal at any time from the dashboard. Once you submit updates, your profile re-enters the moderation queue before changes go live.
